Today marks both Kevin’s 59th birthday and the 11th anniversary of the day we received his diagnosis of brain cancer. This day is always one of bittersweet remembrance, but for some reason this year it’s harder. I am thinking about Kevin’s greatest gifts, Isla, Aidan and Carlin, and all of the life-defining moments he has missed and will miss. I like to think he can see them from above, but sometimes, no matter how happy and fortunate we are today, that’s not good enough…He was an amazing son, brother, husband, father and friend.

Kevin Stewartは、私にとって一生忘れることができない男です。10年を経て、3人のお子さんはそれぞれ逞しく大きく成長されて私も嬉しいです。下の写真はアラスカでキングサーモン他の釣りツアーを企画して、一日、氷河の先端で崩落する様子を海上から見学した時の船のデッキで！
